Dear MDBC members,
The Chairman and Board of Directors of the Malaysian Dutch Business Council (MDBC) would like to invite you to attend MDBC’s 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the Financial Year ending 31 December 2023.
Date: Monday, 30 September
Time: 15:30 – 20:00 hrs
Venue: Tiki Taka Restaurant & Bar
By separate e – mail, sent solely to the principal representatives of MDBC member companies, we will also forward the MDBC audited accounts for this Financial Year.
This is expected to be done in the coming days.
We look forward to your personal attendance, or the attendance of a representative of your organization at our AGM. Kindly register for the AGM via the registration button below.

15:30 hrs: Registration begins
16:00 hrs: Talk by VIP Speaker
16:45 hrs: Q&A / Dialogue
17:00 hrs: End of Session, Short Break
17:30 hrs: 26th Annual General Meeting over Financial Year 2023.
18:30 hrs: Conclusion of proceedings. Post AGM networking, dinner, and drinks
20:00 hrs: End of Program
Please note:
- It is no longer required for MDBC to mail the hard copies of the AGM Notice and Proxy Form by regular post to the principal representatives of MDBC member companies; you will ONLY receive AGM notices via e – mail notifications (and Whatsapp Broadcast message); and
- The audited accounts for Financial Year 2023 will be made available by separate e – mail, sent solely to the principal representatives of MDBC member companies.
