AGM

This meeting is for paid Redway Runners members at the time of the AGM.
At the meeting we will review the club’s activities and accounts for the year 2023/2024 and looking forward to this year in the club.
All current committee members with the exception of Online Activity officer are happy to stand for the coming year, we are also proposing to discontinue the ‘Public Relations’ role, but replace this with a new role of ‘Community Development’, this role will be to develop and support what we do in the community. If you would like to stand for the committee, then please send your nomination to [email protected] confirming which role you wish to stand for. This change requires a change to the club constitution so will be agreed at the AGM

Karen Painting and Michelle Bella have decided to step down from the committee doing the club on-line activity and PR, we would like to thank them for all the hard work they have put into their roles for the club.

Charity of the Year
Redway Runners AGM will be taking place on the 30th May 2024 so now is the time to get your charity nominations to us. These should be submitted in writing to [email protected] together with the charity registered number and a brief outline of the charity and why it is special to you. Nominations for the committee for Charity of the Year must be with us by close 20th May.
Please note that the charity chosen you will be responsible for arranging the Christmas Raffle, including asking for raffle prizes and selling raffle tickets, with the help of the club.
