10. Election of Office Board Members.
All such posts become vacant at each A.G.M. but existing members are eligible for re- election. Nominations for the Board may be taken at the Meeting. The number of Board Members may be varied at any General Meeting.
All membership fees due annually must be paid by the A.G.M. or you are not eligible to vote or participate in the business of the meeting, other than as an observer.
