The AGM will be held on 9 May 2024 at 6pm in the STSC club rooms.AGENDA ITEMS/MOTIONS
Please send any Agenda items/motions you would like the club to consider to [email protected] before 25 April 2024 please. This allows time for this item to be incorporated into the agenda and the agenda circulated to members seven days before the AGM.
STSC COMMITTEE
The agenda will include a list of current STSC Committee members who are planning to stand again and those wishing to step down. Any member wishing to be considered for any role on the committee should forward their name, together with those of the proposers and seconders, to the Secretary ([email protected]) at least 24 hours before the time of the Annual General Meeting. lf the names proposed be in excess of the number provided in the STSC Rules, a ballot shall be taken. The officers of the Club (6) plus up to six committee members shall form the Management Committee.
FINANCIAL ACCOUNTS
These are in the final stages of completion and audit. These will be available at the AGM.
