The AVCR Annual General Meeting will be held on 24 th June 2025 (date to be confirmed) at the Railway Station @7.30 pm and it would be great to see as many of our members attend as possible.
If you wish to vote by proxy, please let us know by April 2025. This will be an exciting year for AVCR and we would appreciate
your input. If you can’t make meeting in person, then we can send you a zoom link so you can still join in from the
comfort of your own home. The date will be confirmed in due course and Agenda will available on Facebook.

before the meeting.
