AgingCT Summit

Join us for the Aging Summit on November 17 at the Aqua Turf Club in Plantsville, CT—a must-attend event for social service professionals dedicated to supporting older adults and individuals with disabilities in Connecticut. This summit is designed to inspire, innovate, and inform, offering a platform for collaboration and the exchange of ideas aimed at helping our communities thrive.

Presentations: Attendees can select 2 of 4 insightful sessions covering key topics—Transportation, Economic Security, Housing, and Loneliness & Isolation.

Collaboration & Innovation: Engage with fellow professionals, partners in aging and disability services, and state leaders as we work together to create a more supportive environment for those we serve.

Healthcare Administrators: Approved by the Connecticut Chapter of the American College of Health Care Administrators for 4.5 CEUs to Connecticut Nursing Home Administrators attending the entire event.

CT Social Work License Renewal: Approved for Continuing Education Credit Hours by the National Association of Social Workers, CT and meets the continuing education criteria for CT Social Work License renewal. Approval also meets the continuing education criteria for CT LMSWs, LMFTs, LPCs, and licensed psychologists.

CHW Professional Development: Pending credit for Community Health Workers (CHW) professional development hours.
