Everyone knows Barb—a vibrant, super-active resident who lights up the Ela Township Community Center. But what happens when Barb has an unexpected fall?

Join us as we walk through Barb’s journey of aging in Ela Township. At each critical moment in her story, we’ll introduce the local resources that step in to support her—and how they can support you or your loved ones too.

This interactive panel presentation is designed to educate our community about the many services and supports available right here in Ela Township. From emergency response to rehabilitation and beyond, discover the wide network of care that surrounds you.

You'll hear from representatives of trusted organizations such as the Lake Zurich Fire Department, Good Shepherd Emergency Room, Avantara Rehab Center, and many more.

After the one-hour presentation, our panelists will be available for a Q&A and to share additional information about their organizations.
