Let's be honest: goal setting often feels like a challenge or even pain - whether it's for ourselves, our teams, or our whole organization. We know the impact of misaligned, intransparent or absent goals all too well: we arrive at no results in strenous meetings, we miss our customers' urging needs or go back & forth whilst not arriving anywhere really valuable.
But why is it so tough to turn things around?
In this micro workshop, we'll dive into the joys and not-so-serious side of goal setting. Let's unpack the complexities together and laugh off the pain that comes with the struggle. Through shared reflections and experiences, we'll together learn which mindblocks & impediments sometimes come in our way for not starting the great journey of setting ourselves goals.
Ultimately this gained awareness might be that very first small step towards overcoming obstacles to goal-oriented success.

After receiving his PhD in physics Peer gained broad working experience in different non-technical contexts, such as e.g. organizational development, systemic coaching, leadership, empowerment or antidiscrimination.
This experience shaped his view on people. Agility is to big parts about people and about delivering value - so he brings them together in a synergetic way.
