Agents of Change exists to see the light of Jesus radiate outward and dissipate the darkness by the power of the Holy Spirit. Our desire is to encounter the manifested presence of God that will bring a real change and transformation to cities, community’s, churches, and businesses.

Harry Renta is the founder of Agents of Change and also the founder of Kingdom Benefit Group whose mission is to provide mentorship, entrepreneurial tools, and resources to offer insurance agents a robust support system to take the difficulty out of growing their business.

On November 12, 2014, Harry came to the Lord in a way that radically transformed his life and altered the trajectory of the lives of his family and future generations forever. For the last ten years, he has dedicated himself to biblical studies, teaching, leadership development and reaching his community with gospel. He has a passion for helping others reach their potential and excel as leaders to impact their communities. He is the Evangelist Leader and runs the outreach ministry, Hope Nation, at Arise Church. His heart is to bring the gospel wherever he goes.

Harry serves his community through various outreach opportunities including coaching little league baseball in his hometown of Deland, where he gets to pour into and pray with the youth on his team with the goal of helping them develop confidence, trust, and faith. He is married to his wife, Michelle Renta, who is also in leadership at Arise Church. Together, they are raising 3 magnificent children to follow what's true with Fear Of God.

Pastor Ron Johnson is the founding pastor and apostolic overseer of the One Church family of churches. Through the 44 plus years of ministry, Ron, alongside his wife Sandy, have impacted countless lives, having served as international missionaries, and then for more than 16 years leading one of the 25 largest churches in the Assemblies of God. Through powerful teaching ministry, warm love for people, and apostolic leadership gifting, they continue to “bear fruit” in this season. However, the greatest description of their lives is that they are "Dad & Mom", not just to the One Church family of churches, but to many pastors, churches and related ministries beyond One Church. The small group which began in their living room over 40 years ago has now become the seedbed for multiple church plants as well as One School of the Arts and Sciences and literally thousands of lives have been impacted by the grace and goodness of the Lord Jesus.

Pastor Harry Medrano, originally from Nicaragua, attributes his move to the U.S. to his mother's prayers and God's grace. Raised in Miami and transformed by a personal encounter with Jesus at 17, he began his ministry at 21, focusing on enlightening and nourishing people with Christ's teachings. He currently leads the Spanish Community at Nations Church Orlando and works as Assistant Vice President at Bank of America, emphasizing superior client experiences in Home Mortgages. Harry enjoys a fulfilling family life with his wife Jadaih, and their two daughters, Isabella and Brielle.

Pastor Antione Ashley leads Arise Church in Deland, Florida, where he has been nurturing his community for over 16 years. His ministry began under Rev. Dr. Wendell H. Raulerson's mentorship, where he embraced his call to ministry. Since then, he has engaged in various roles including worship leader and prophetic mime artist. Alongside his wife Andrea, with whom he shares three sons, Antione has authored "Having Real Life with God" and passionately teaches the importance of creating personal sanctuaries to experience God's presence. His mission is to empower believers to embody Christian values and actively extend God’s kingdom through dynamic, spirit-filled outreach.

A prior television executive, Steve served as President and CEO of Fit TV, President of Middle East Television, and Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales for International Family Entertainment, managing advertising sales offices in New York, Chicago, Detroit, Los Angeles, London, and Hong Kong.
