On Thursday 20th October, we will be heading to Manchester to run our AGENCY STRATEGY WORKSHOP.
We will be looking at the major pain points our community at The Agency Collective are talking about and working through best practices to combat them.
We will learn, share ideas and look at new ways to do better business.We will be covering- How to manage your time- The people within your agency- Your clients- Your focus
Being in the room with other agency owners means you'll meet people who understand the challenges you are going through. Other attendees may even be ahead of your agency journey, perhaps having made some mistakes that you can learn from. You might be able to help others who are a few steps behind where you are.
The Agency Collective is all about peer-to-peer support between agency owners. It is the reason why so many of our members are running successful businesses.
