This year’s B.L.N.D. panel will explore how beauty, technology and diversity intersect, from using AI to create the best skincare and wellness routines to major social platforms paving the way for more diverse beauty and fashion content.

Launched in 2018, B.L.N.D. is Agency Guacamole’s annual panel & networking series that elevates diverse voices in the beauty and lifestyle spaces, aiming to inspire connections and champion inclusivity. B.L.N.D. makes space for real-life, “real talk” conversations about what brands, influencers and consumers do to widen the space and change our industry for the better.
B.L.N.D. has been hosted across the US in cities like Los Angeles, New York City and Atlanta. This award-winning experience with exceptional panelists and programming has been a hit each year, and Agency Guacamole has hosted more than 500 attendees since its inception.
