About this Event
Join us for a very special evening as we gather together to celebrate the holidays at Copita in Sausalito on Wednesday, December 10. The festivities will be led by the original Agave Girl herself, Joanne Weir, star of the PBS program “Joanne Weir’s Plates and Places” and author of Tequila: A Guide to Types, Flights, Cocktails and Bites. Joanne was also included in the San Jose Mercury News list of the Bay Area’s 10 best female-led restaurants for our #MeToo era.
This holiday edition of Agave Girls promises to be another fun, informative and entertaining evening of tequila and cocktail tasting, delicious food and wonderful camaraderie. Enjoy passed appetizers, a tasting flight of tequila, and a three-course sit-down dinner. As is our tradition, we’ll start with a cocktail reception and a chance to mingle with Joanne and other like-minded women. Then we’ll enjoy a dinner featuring Copita Sausalito Executive Chef Candy Diaz's culinary wonders and complete the evening with an ugly sweater contest and prizes. The attendee with the most "festive" sweater will be awarded a dinner for 2 at Copita! Come on, don't be shy! This will be fun. We look forward to seeing you there and toasting to the holidays with our fellow Agave Girls!
Doors open at 6pm and the seated dinner starts at 6:30pm. The cost for this event is $125 per person and includes tax, gratuity and Eventbrite fees. Tickets must be purchased in advance.
