We’ve invited three of the most respected and impactful educators in the world of agave to lead a deep-dive class and tasting focused on sustainability, agriculture, and the future of this category we love.
You'll taste through 10 rare and meaningful spirits while learning directly from:
🔸 Francisco Terrazas – Owner of Riaces Imports, board member of the Tequila Interchange Project, and programming director for the Agave Heritage Festival in Tucson. One of the most articulate, informed voices in agave advocacy today.
🔸 Diana Pinzón – Founder of Zinacantán Mezcal, one of the most sustainability-driven brands in Mexico. Diana also leads Fondo Agavero, a groundbreaking project focused on the conservation of agave and sotol plants in Puebla and beyond.
🔸 Andres Cruz – Longtime advocate for Mezcal Vago, where he oversees hospitality, education, and sustainability programming. Andres works directly with producers on agricultural initiatives and collaborative efforts like the Bat Project and Fondo Agavero.
