Check in the 18th and checkout the 21st of February unless local and choose to check in 19th instead.

The last day to book the Westin will be January 30 2025; and the last day to book Doubletree will be February 4, 2025.

Room reservations are first come first serve, although if you will not be attending GSLC following AGAUS please consider reserving at the Double Tree so that our GSLC individuals will not have to change hotels following AGAUS.
