About this Event
(This booth registration form is for nonprofit and NMSU organizations ONLY. If you have a business and would like to sponsor AG Day and reserve a booth space, please email Jane Steele Heitz at [email protected].)
The New Mexico Department of Agriculture and New Mexico State University College of Agricultural, Consumer and Environmental Sciences invite you to be a part of AG Day on Saturday, Nov. 9, as the Aggies take on Western Kentucky at 4 p.m. While the event lasts from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., booth set up times will range from 8 to 11 a.m. (depending on type of booth). Booth space is limited. Nonprofit booth registration is on a first-come-first-serve basis. Questions? Contact NMDA Event Planner Jane Steele Heitz at [email protected] or 575-294-3817.
To save on costs, tents, tables and chairs will only be provided for sponsor booths. Only 10x10 booth spaces will be reserved for non-sponsors. Non-sponsors are responsible for bringing their own tents, tables and chairs.
You will receive an “AG Day exhibitor unloading & loading pass” to unload/load your vehicle in the AG Day lot. Unless you possess a Crimson Lot (Lot 33) pass for football games, you’ll need to move your vehicle after unloading and park in the designated free lot; otherwise your vehicle may be towed at your expense. If you prefer to purchase a parking pass for the Crimson Lot for Nov. 4, passes are available for $20, and you should contact New Mexico State Sports Properties at [email protected]
