Welcome to the after-work at Nära on Friday, October 10th.
The magic happens when we all come together and meet in presence. The hosts Filip and Suji warmly welcomes you!

Doors open at 17:00. Around 17:30 Filip will guide us to land softly in the space, (maybe a check-in, sharing, somatic movement, relational play, or dance. We’ll see what feels alive in the moment ).
After that Suji will host a short introduction and a guided affirmation exercise. Feel free to join the introduction and communal grounding but follow your curiosity - do what feels right for you.
You’re welcome to join anytime before 22:00. Suji will set the vibe with nice music from the DJ booth. Maybe it will mostly be connection through dance and moving the body, or through conversation. It’s up to us who take part to decide how we want to connect with each other There is also space for you to be present without needing to interact with others.
We’ll offer something light to eat, and “ChaiWallaCurryMaster” aka Suji will tempt you with spicy, homemade chai (vegan & gluten free). It’s cozy if you want to bring and share a beer or a glass of wine. But remember, we’re here to connect, not to numb ourselves.
Bring: yourself (exactly as you are in the moment), a mug (for tea or other drinks), and some snacks to share You are most welcome to co-create this event with us, provided that it aligns with Nära. Feel free to contact either host. We imagine the evening will continue until around 22:00, maybe longer if we wish.
