About Our Host:
Gail is a queer Head Pastry Chef originally from Glasgow, now living and working in London. For the last 8yrs she has worked in some of London's best hotels and most loved restaurants, conjuring up a wide range of desserts and pastries, alongside creating bespoke wedding cakes and treats boxes from home.
