Join us for Afternoon Tea & Sound Bath in the heart of the forest. Meditate, pause & connect to the sounds of nature as we share an outdoor sound bathing practice🌲
We begin the morning with a beautiful, soothing sound bath amongst the trees. Relax as you are guided into a deep meditation through the journey of sound and gentle vibrations, bringing you into an altered state of consciousness.
Then enjoy an afternoon tea created by Orlene.
Sample menu includes: light cakes, scones, sandwiches, selection of teas and coffees - all enjoyed outside amongst the trees.
Nurture your mind and nourish your body in this gorgeous Sunday of self-care.

Outdoor event in the woods
Cost: £28.00 per person
Free parking available on site, wheelchair access unavailable due to the location as there is a 5 minute bumpy walk from the car park to the space we are using.
Please remember to bring:
Warm & comfy clothes
Pillow & blankets
Yoga mats (although I will provide them)
We will be taking a £10.00 deposit for this event with the rest of the money due two days prior to the event starting. This is to make sure the weather is good on the day and it can go ahead. If for any reason, the weather stops us, we will refund the deposit to you within 24 hours of the event.

No experience required, all welcome.
Sound bathing may not be suitable for the following: 1st & 3rd trimester pregnancy, pacemakers, epilepsy, tinnitus, bipolar/schizophrenia, metal implants. Please drop me a message if you are unsure whether to partake in the event.
I am unable to offer refunds once your space is confirmed unless we cancel this due to the weather where we will then fully refund you.
