For ages 18 & up

 Join us for a relaxing afternoon tea. You’ll  learn a little  about tea, how to make it and how to serve it as you delight in some lovely treats.

• Caramelized Onion & Roast Beef Tea Sandwiches

• Sour Cream & Chocolate Scones served with Clotted Cream

• Mini Mango & Kiwi Pavlovas

• CM Chocolate Truffles

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
