The experience begins with a selection of savories including Southern Egg Salad Sandwich, House Smoked Salmon with Caviar, Crispy Prosciutto and Asparagus Pate a choux and a classic Cucumber Sandwich on Brioche. Talented Pastry Chef Katrina Pagan creates an array of indulgent desserts, such as Blood Orange Creamsicle, Pistachio Cheesecake Lemongrass Profiterole, Chocolate Kahlua Fudge Bite and Strawberry Macadamia Tart. Homemade Georgia Peach and Vanilla Scones are perfectly paired with Lemon Curd, Clotted Cream and Jam. Presented in whimsical floral tea ware, enjoy a selection of fine teas from Palais des Thés: Darjeeling Margaret’s Hope, a black tea from India with a fruity character; Blue London - Flowery Earl Grey, with fresh and delicate bergamot from Calabria of Southern Italy, giving a well-balanced blend; The des Songe, a delicious Oolong tea with flowers and exotic fruits, among others. Enhance your afternoon with the Royal Tea, featuring a glass of Perrier-Jouët champagne and strawberries with cream.
