Join Fiona and Dima for a fun and relaxing afternoon of yoga, immersing yourself in the theme of the senses.
Exploring the theme of the senses — seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting, and touch — this yoga afternoon will feature aromatherapy oils by DoTERRA, music, optional partner work, and meditation, concluding with refreshments. Through a gentle Vinyasa class and Yin yoga session, you will leave rested, refreshed and rejuvenated just in time for the holiday season.
This workshop is suitable for all levels of yoga, including beginners and new students wanting to try out yoga for the first time in a friendly, welcoming setting.

Fiona is an ex-dancer, shiatsu therapist and yoga teacher. Yoga for her is about community, where like-minded people can meet, make new friends, and share this wonderful practice whilst improving their health and wellbeing.

Dima is a yoga and pilates instructor and is deeply interested in human anatomy. Her teaching focuses on movement and understanding the body through breath work and connection to the internal organs. Her study of yoga and pranic healing led to a significant shift in her perspective on life and well-being. She is excited to share her knowledge with you.
