Sunday afternoon meditation practice session, from 2pm - 3pm, plus refreshments and social time at the end.Join us for a group meditation practice session on Sunday afternoon. It is fine to arrive late or leave early, as your schedule permits. If it's your first time (and you'd like to receive meditation instructions), please arrive a few minutes early, to make sure you don't miss the start of the session and the chance to receive instructions. Open to meditation practitioners of any tradition.
This is a wonderful opportunity to meditate in a supportive group setting, and to meet and mingle with fellow practitioners (bring your friends)! We welcome both newcomers and familiar faces. Refreshments will be served at the end and there will be an opportunity to socialize.
This is a drop-in session. No previous attendance, registration, or fee is required to attend. Suggested Donation 100 Baht (or more). The Bangkok Shambhala Center (which is a Thai non-profit Association) remains open because of the ongoing generosity of our members and program participants.
Contributions can be made in cash at the class, or by bank transfer to our account;
