L'Afternoon Drag Cafe est un spectacle de dragsters sobre pour tous les âges en après-midi situé au Agenda(692 Rue Saint-Denis). L'objectif de ce spectacle est de fournir aux spectateurs l'occasion de s'engager dans un café confortable pendant la journée et de profiter de performances exemptes de références à l'alcool ou à la drogue, de nudité, de gore et de musique et des bruits très forte. Les places assises commencent à 13h00 et le spectacle commence à 14h00. Les billets sont contribution volontaire en ligne ou à la porte.

L'Afternoon Drag Cafe reconnaît que nous nous rencontrons sur des terres autochtones qui n'ont jamais été cédées par traité. Le colonialisme a eu des conséquences dévastatrices sur la terre, les eaux et les Premiers Peuples. La Nation Kanien'kehá:ka a un lien profond avec ce territoire, qu'elle appelle Tiohtià:ke, et les eaux qui l'entourent. Tiohtià:ke est et a été un lieu de rassemblement pour de nombreuses Premières Nations depuis des millénaires.

The Afternoon Drag Cafe is an all-ages afternoon sober drag show located at Agenda (6692 R. Saint-Denis). The goal of this show is to provide audience members an opportunity to engage with drag in a cozy cafe during the daytime and enjoy performances that are free of drinking or drug references, nudity, gore and very loud music and noises. Seating begins at 1:00pm and the show starts at 2:00pm. Tickets are PWYC online or at the door.

The Afternoon Drag Cafe acknowledges that we are meeting on Indigenous lands that have never been ceded by treaty. Colonialism has had devastating consequences on the land, waters and First Peoples. The Kanien’kehá:ka Nation has a deep connection to this territory, which they call Tiohtià:ke, and the waters that surround it. Tiohtià:ke is and has been a gathering place for many First Nations for many millennia.
