Whether you are a published author or always want to try your hand at writing, these 2 workshops are designed especially for you
About this Event

Are you a writer or always want to try your hand at writing? Then these 2 workshops are designed especially for you. Bring along your own works to read from, ask questions from our panel of writers, and share your ideas and ambitions in our friendly workshops that are FREE to attend

Brought to the community as a partnership between Norwood Forum & West Norwood Library, these events are part of ChooSE27 Festival running throughout West Norwood and Tulse Hill showcasing places the community can use to work in or to hire for events.

The first workshop is more generally about writing and members of our local Writers Group will be present to provide their insight into the craft.

The second workshop is about researching and writing history, and this will be led by Stuart Hibberd and Stephen Oxford.

For both workshops you are invited to bring along your own text to read from, or you are very welcome to sit back and listen - or come ready with questions for our panel. These are friendly, informal, round table conversations with no age restrictions and in a fully accessible space.

The conversation may stretch on towards 8pm-ish.
