After the Climb - Beginner 1 Pole Dance

Welcome to After the Climb - Beginner 1 Pole Dance! Join us at IncrediPole Dumbo for a fun and energizing pole dance session.

Yes!!! You're getting the hang of climbing!! but now that you're up there, what do you do next? This class will be focused on teaching beginner shapes and poses to answer just that. Get ready to learn some basic moves, build strength, and boost your confidence. Don't worry if you're still mastering the climb, I will provide modifications to practice your shapes from the groun, and guide you every step of the way. Come sweat, laugh, and shimmy with me! REMINDERS

Tips to maintain The Den's safety and cleanliness!

• Absolutely no street shoes on the dance floor!
• No shoes in the white cubby, please. You may place them under the bench or on the doormat when you enter.
• Mirror dancing (or other bodily contact) AND wall dancing is strictly prohibited. Stay off the mirrors! You will be charged a replacement fee if broken during your rental.
• Help keep IncrediPole's walls clean! Please avoid rubbing or leaning against them, or leaving fingerprints. Smudges can be cleaned gently with a damp paper towel.
• Please do not dispose of any food in the studio trash can.
• For your safety, DO NOT attempt to remove or rearrange the poles. If you need them changed, you must request arrangements at least 24 hours in
  advance.
