Our Changing Faces project is back for the new academic year. The project aims to support young people aged 11-18yrs in Buxton who face daily difficulties or disadvantage, whether social, medical, emotional, physical, mental or other.We run creative, after-school workshops, 3.30pm-5pm, on term-time Tuesdays at St Anne's Community Centre on Hardwick Square West.
Workshops restart on 16 September and will run at least until April 2026. The workshops are supported by a grants from The Bingham Trust and High Peak CVS Health & Wellbeing Partnership.
If you know of any young person in Buxton who would benefit from some creative time and an additional support network, or just needs a safe space to go after school, please let them know about it.
Snacks and drinks are provided if they need encouraging!
