Join AFSN and bring the whole family or just part of the family to this playful 6-week yoga series designed to build connection through movement, breath, and fun!
Enjoy animal poses, partner yoga and mindful games that support bonding, balance and joy - together at So Hum Yoga GR with Alissa Marie Yoga.
No prior yoga experience is necessary, just come with an open mind and a willingness to connect.
We do ask that you commit to attending all 6 weeks of the program. *Please note we will not be meeting the week of April 1st during Spring Break.
This event is open to any Adoptive, Foster or Kinship families living in Michigan and is funded in part by The Heart of West Michigan United Way.
