About this Event
AfroCardio is a specialized afrocentric dance fitness workout done to Afro Beats (with some Africa Drums, Hip Hop, and Dance Hall). Come learn culturally accurate Afro Beat dances incorporated with cardio training dance moves that help shred the core, strengthen muscles, and increase flexibility. This calorie burning workout will leave you feeling uplifted and rejuvenated. No dance or fitness experience needed for this fun energetic class. ALL levels are encouraged to participate.
Afterwards enjoy light refreshments and shop the latest Fabletics apparel. Participants will receive 25% off their purchase and a swag bag!
***Park in the lot near Bonefish Grill. Use the mall entrance right next to Bonefish Grill. Once you enter, take the steps down to the lower level. Directions to Fabletics are availabe on the kiosk map.
