Join me for Afro- Fusion every Monday at 6pm, men and women welcome!! Afro-fusion is a mix of African dances from around the continent. This dance style combines movements influenced by Caribbean, African American, and African cultures. Afro-fusion has amazing holistic wellness benefits that release anxiety and stress while providing a dynamic workout! Even more exhilarating is the spiritual experience that comes when your spirit, mind, and soul all become connected. When dancing, you will feel a positive energy that helps to relieve stagnant emotions and escape from low vibrational energies.
When we enable our bodies to move freely, we empower ourselves. We are able to express everything that comes from our hearts and can remove l every fear, stress, anxiety, and judgment, that comes up in our negative self talk. Afro-fusion is more than a dance, its an opportunity to activate and live out the four elements of nature in movement, Earth, Wind, Fire and Water.
