Afro-Cuban rumba is a genre of music and dance that originated in Cuba, deeply rooted in African traditions and rhythms. Today, it is broadly applied in Salsa dancing. Much of "styling" in Cuban Salsa comes from Rumba and in this course explore the different types of Rumba being practiced today, the music, rumba clave and fundamentals of movement.
Rumba foundational 4 steps, travelling steps, posture, hip movement, arm movement and combinations!
Prerequisite:
- Completed Afro Cuban Rumba 1A or proficient with basic salsa steps
