Event Description: The Department of Theatre & Dance is excited to welcome Giselle Soto to campus as part of our global forms teaching residencies. Raised in Havana, Cuba, Giselle is a celebrated performer and teacher of Afro-Cuban folkloric dance, modern Cuban dance technique, Cuban Salsa, and other traditional Cuban styles. During her five-day residency, Giselle will teach master classes and an intensive workshop, culminating in an opportunity for the students to perform alongside Giselle during her recital.
