The Abibiman Project is a Toronto-based social enterprise dedicated to showcasing authentic African cuisine on the global culinary stage. We offer a vibrant selection of chef-crafted pantry products, exclusive catering services, and engaging workshops that make the rich flavors of the African diaspora accessible to everyone.

Join us for a one-night-only dinner at @rosalesdiner, where we will bring our unique African flavors to life! Enjoy a 5-course menu featuring dishes inspired by Afro-Brazil, Morocco, Kenya, Senegal, and South Africa.

There will be two seatings at 5:30 PM and 7:30 PM.
