In Brazil, she worked and performed with Mocidade Independente de Padre Miguel, Porto da Pedra and performed with Maracatu, Afoxes and Samba groups from Pernambuco to Salvador and Rio. Her incredible energy and charisma and her deep roots in the meaning of the movements combine to make her an inspiring teacher and a permanent feature at Notting Hill carnival and WOMAD festival amongst many others.
