The AfriTENSION Music & Culture (2days) Festival in Vienna starting from 7th and 8th November, will be a great opportunity to experience the rich and vibrant culture of the IGBO people from the ancient Biafra land in Nigeria, alongside contemporary performances from musicians coming from Barcelona, Berlin and Vienna. The festival’s blend of African traditional Nigerian (IGBO music) known as prestigious kings music, such as the "Igba Ndi Eze" (kings' drums), and modern live performances from the AfriTENSION LIVE BAND From Barcelona, and jam session with Vienna's musicians with an immersive and unique experience.
The mix of multi- cultural music from Barcelona, Vienna and African cultural music, live drama, and educational performances will give attendees a deep dive into the heritage of the Igbo people from Biafra land, Nigeria, Spain, Vienna, while providing the opportunity to connect and celebrate with others.
