We will also learn some basic African style grooves with doun doun accompaniment.

About the instructor:
Chuck Wood is a multi instrumentalist from Northwest New Jersey with more than 45 years of experience performing and recording music. He has studied various types of West African and Latin percussion with
Baba Olatunji, M'Bemba Bangora, Yaya Nelson and Glen Weber just to name a few. Although he is known more as a performing artist, his skill as a drum instructor is recognized across the country.
