ABOUT THE EXPO:

To our amazing network of businesses, both local and International: We have the pleasure to inform you that, African Canadian Business Expo in collaboration with The Ghanaian News Corporation, are hosting 3rd time Trade and Investment Exhibition for Members of the African Business Community and Multicultural Businesses in Canada.

The African Canadian Business Expo is a two (2) days event taking place from Friday September 23rd and Saturday September 24th, 2022, at the Apostles’ Continuation Banquet Hall, 10 Belfield Road, Toronto, Ontario.

PAST EVENT:

Our previous event hosted over fifty exhibitors represented a wide range of Businesses from both local and international communities.

PARTNERS & SPONSORS:

This year’s event aims to build on past success while also adding new elements to the mix. The event is an avenue for communities to come together to learn about the impact that businesses and societies are facing especially after the COVID-19 Pandemic. The two (2) days Event is an opportunity for Business growth, to establish networking and to bring together Africans, Afro-Canadians, Canadians, and other business communities interested in promoting small and medium size businesses. It is an avenue for sponsors and exhibitors to market their brands, display their products to consumers and the business community.

ENTERTAINMENTS:

The Expo will create action programs to attract both local / international communities and the public at large, with a list of local/community artists, vendors, businesses, service providers and media partners. the Expo will offer a platform to educate and entertain attendees. Approximately 60 vendors. local business and performers will participate and provide families with programs, seminars, and live entertainment / live Band with local artists There should be also a Cultural and Fashion Show.

The Expo will draw many companies, organizations and government agencies to the trade and investment exhibition and conference. Several events will take place concurrently with the Expo. An opening and closing ceremonies, conferences, seminars, and workshops will focus on trade, investment and joint venture opportunities between Africa and Canada. As this is our 3rd exhibition, we are anticipating a large audience and thus an opportunity for you, the vendor to promote your business and engage with community members of all ages.

ADDITIONAL EXPENSES / TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

The Expo pass during the event for local attendees within Canada is by invitation, international attendees are to register with an amount to reserve a seat, hotel accommodation, food & drinks at the dinner for a period of one (1) day. However, you are responsible for your travel to and from the event, and any additional food / drinks you may consume outside of the scheduled functions. Only a Designated Delegates, Speakers and special Guest of Honors attending from outside Canada would be taken care off in terms of their ticket and accommodation and their entire travel expenses.

ELIGIBILITY:

All eligibility details are stated in the category description. We reserve the right to cancel any registrations which do not meet our registration criteria.

CANCELLATION BY DELEGATE (YOU):

We are unable to refund any registration fee outside 2weeks cooling-off period after completion of registration. Should you be unable to attend you may nominate an eligible substitute to attend in your place free of charge. You must contact us in advance of the conference to substitute as on-the-day changes might not be accepted. Delegate places are for the named delegate only and cannot be transferred on the day of the conference.

CANCELLATION BY US:

We reserve the right to cancel any registrations which do not meet our eligibility criteria, or which exceed our quota. Our team is not liable for any travel or accommodation expenses incurred by you or your organization/ministry if the conference is cancelled or postponed.

PROGRAMME CHANGES

Circumstances beyond the control of the Organizers may necessitate substitutions, alterations, or cancellations of a speaker and/or program topic. Our Team reserves the right to alter the program wherever necessary without penalty or liability. Any alterations will be updated on the web page of the Organizers without unreasonable delay.

RECORDING THE EVENT

All unauthorized photography and the recording or transmitting of audio or visual material, data or information is expressly prohibited. You consent to filming and sound recording and photography of the summit as a delegate and you consent to the use by us to any such recording or photography anywhere in the world for promotional, marketing, and other purposes.

YOUR DATA

The information provided when registering is confidential and will be used strictly for administrative purposes in relation to your participation at conference. By registering for this conference, you will automatically be added as an attendee to the event app so that you can view the most up to date agenda and network with other delegates who are registered to attend. We take the privacy of your data very seriously and any personal data you provide us will not be shared with 3rd parties unless you have consented for us to do so.
