🎄 December African American Support Group Gathering
Topic: Understanding Conservatorship: Protecting Rights and Supporting Loved Ones

Join us for our final African American Support Group meeting of the year as we come together to learn, share, and celebrate community. This month’s discussion will focus on Conservatorship—what it is, when it might be necessary, and who may be appropriate for a conservatorship. We’ll talk about how conservatorships are established, what responsibilities are involved, and how families can ensure that their loved ones’ rights and dignity remain protected throughout the process.
As always, our group provides a supportive, culturally affirming space to connect with others, ask questions, and share experiences.
To spread a little extra holiday cheer, we will be serving a light dinner and holding a raffle for $25 grocery store gift cards for attendees.
