Kwame Alexander is a celebrated, multi-award-winning American poet, author, and literacy advocate known for his rhythmic, engaging books for young people, including the Newbery Medal-winning novel in verse The Crossover and the Caldecott-winning The Undefeated, who also serves as an Emmy-winning producer and Executive Producer for the Disney+ series The Crossover, passionate about fostering reading through his workshops and non-profits.
