About this Event

African American Nutrition is an exciting event that aims to educate and empower individuals on the importance of healthy eating habits within the African American community. Join us on Sunday, September 22nd at 1806 S. Ervay Street, Dallas, TX 75215 for an afternoon filled with informative research and engaging discussions on how to make healthier food choices.

A 56-page text book will be available to purchase for $20. The class will be taught from this book. A 2-hour class cannot cover the entire book, so it is highly recommended to purchase. Included in the book is all the research, resources, and recipes. Please arrive early for registration and purchase of textbook. Doors open @ 2:30p.
