Powered by Africa Deep Tech, the organization behind the $20,000 Africa Deep Tech Challenge, one of Africa’s most competitive platforms for breakthrough innovation, the Africa Deep Tech Conference 2026 is set to become the continent’s defining deep-tech gathering.
The conference brings together builders, founders, funders, corporates, policymakers, and researchers to accelerate frontier technology innovation across Africa. Over multiple days, it will showcase the continent’s deep-tech talent while positioning Africa as the next global frontier for AI, robotics, quantum computing, biotechnology, Web3, and XR.
Join hundreds of builders, researchers, and investors in Lagos from 24–27 February 2025 to collaborate, exchange ideas, and co-create what’s next for African deep tech.
This will be the first conference of its kind in Africa, intentionally designed to go beyond the noise and surface-level conversations and instead dive deep into real technologies, real challenges, and real solutions. With a carefully curated lineup of speakers from over seven (7+) African countries and attendees from more than ten (10+) countries across the continent, it will be the largest gathering of deep-tech innovators, builders, founders, funders, corporates, and policymakers in Africa.
Participants will gain hands-on experience in our deep-tech sandbox, interacting with real hardware systems including computer vision pipelines on NVIDIA Jetson Orin, EV motor controllers, and low-power IoT data loggers on microcontrollers all intentionally designed with seams for modification and experimentation. This is your chance to not just learn, but tinker, test, and prototype in real time.
