Join us in celebrating African cultures with a special focus on the theme for 2024 “Third Culture”One of our favorite days of the year is coming up - Africa Day! This is the day that celebrates the founding of the Organization of African Unity, now known as the African Union. To commemorate this day we invite you to join us on 26th May 2024 (Sun) for this fun-filled day. We will be celebrating African cultures with a special focus on the theme for 2024 “Third Culture”.
“Third Culture” - celebrates the beauty that emerges when diverse cultural backgrounds come together, fostering understanding, creativity, and shared experiences.
This is an amazing day to learn about and taste delicious foods as we will be having a mixeed fusion of African American dishes made by profestional chefs from @Eaton!!
Come and experience the beauty of African arts, as well as to have fun dancing with with different African rhythms! This exploration of culture will be coupled with programs for all ages, including and Cultural Exchange Booths for kids & adults, and African American lunch & dinner.
