That time of the year, celebration day. This year we are yet again organising one of the biggest events at UiS, AFRICA DAY. AFRICA DAY 2023 will be on 27th of April in Tjodhallen as usual. This year the theme is SOUND OF AFRICA: CELEBRATING DIVERSITY.
On Africa Day this year you can expect stands, comedy, speeches, music, dance and fun competitions and exciting prizes.
On the stands you will get introduced to each African country represented that day, be it through that country's food, different customs, music, some info about that country, interesting stories or maybe all together combined. One thing is sure, you have to come and check it out!
