Currently serving as the Executive Director, Annual Giving for the University of Florida Foundation, Yoon is a driven and creative fundraising strategist with a passion for building meaningful relationships between donors and institutions. With more than 15 years of experience in higher education and healthcare fundraising, she has developed a unique expertise in annual giving, donor engagement, and development communications and operations. Her work has been recognized by the Volusia/Flagler Business Report's 40 Under 40 edition, and she has held leadership roles at the University of Florida, UF Health, and Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. Yoon's extensive career in broad-based donor engagement has also included roles at the University of Michigan and Michigan Medicine.
As a dedicated leader in her field, Yoon has served as president of the Volusia/Flagler Counties Chapter of AFP and presents at various nationwide conferences throughout the year. She is known for her data-driven approach, innovative thinking, donor engagement optimization strategies, and commitment to professional development, organizational development and transformational leadership.
