After a sell-out first session, on Saturday 27 April, floating restaurant and bar, Afloat, will transform for the second week in a row to an open-air studio, swapping margaritas and mojitos for stretches and savasanas.

A unique class for all levels, ages & needs, it will combine grounding poses, strengthening physical movements, breath, beat and release techniques. It will begin with high energy pilates and interval training, and finish in stillness with meditation and sound to ultimately evoke a state of feeling 'Afloat'.

With thanks to MoveActive, mats and grip socks will be provided so guests won’t need to bring a thing.

At the conclusion of the class, there will also be fresh fruit, granola & juices by the teams at Afloat and Greene St Juice Co.

Important Information:

• Please arrive between 8.30-8.45am for a 9.00am class start. Class concludes at 10.00am, with refreshments & snacks available until 11.00am.

• Tickets purchased in groups are not guaranteed spots next to each other as all mat allocations are determined on a first-come-first-serve basis.
• Afloat is an outdoor venue with substantial wet-weather coverage. In the event of minor wet weather, we will extend the designated area for the class and provide coverage under large umbrellas. There are also heaters available for cold weather. In the event of extreme weather, the event will be postponed. If you are unable to attend the new date, refunds will be granted.
• Cancellations and refunds can be processed up until 72 hours out from the event.
