Interested in a professional and lucrative career in affordable housing management?Affordable Housing Management is a 5-week, on-campus program designed to provide a foundation in professional property management, development and operations of the Section 42 Low Income Tax Credit Program, fair housing, income and assets, application certification lease renewals, and compliance.
This program is for students who may want to work for local, state, and/or federal housing agencies, would like to work for an affordable housing developer, continuing education for real estate professionals, and/or just interested in the topic of affordable housing. A degree is not required to be eligible for employment opportunities such as a property manager and/or leasing agent.
