Interested in a professional and lucrative career in affordable housing management?
The Certificate in Affordable Housing Management is a 5 week program designed to provide a fundamental foundation of Affordable Housing and Property Management knowledge. These learned fundamentals will provide affordable housing under the Section 42 Low Income Tax Credit Program, a dollar-for-dollar program qualifying applicable household gross income within set income limits.
This program is for students who may want to work for local, state, and/or federal housing agencies, would like to work for an affordable housing developer, and/or just interested in the topic of affordable housing. A degree is not required to be eligible for employment opportunities such as a property manager and/or leasing agent. This program will give you the confidence to perform the daily duties and provide professional, knowledge-based customer service.
