Interested in owning your home at U-lex but have questions about the registration process? Join us for a one-hour, in-person workshop at HomeSight’s Rainier office (📍5117 Rainier Ave South, Seattle, WA). Our friendly staff will answer questions about applying, registration, qualifications, and the benefits of U-lex co-op living. We'll guide you through every step—from your first inquiry to becoming a homeowner.

Conveniently located near the Othello light rail station, U-lex homes are available to qualified applicants on a first-come, first-served basis. Sign up by April 30, 2025, and we’ll cover up to $500 of each of your first two housing payments—that’s $1,000 in total savings! Don’t miss your chance to live, own, and invest in your community.
