Welcome To - Affirmed: A Black Man's Journey to Wellness
Please join us at for light refreshments and for an inspiring conversation focusing on wellness in the Black community. This event is all about celebrating the journey to wellness for Black men!
Attendees will mix - and - mingle while enjoying featured art from local artists, followed by a moderated panel discussion. There will also be a RAFFLE and other GIVEAWAYS!
The goal of this event is to provide a platform and safe space for open conversations about men’s emotional and mental well-being by challenging and dispeling harmful stereotypes around Black men's behavior and relationship dynamics and offering holistic and impactful resources to help further attendees' wellness journey.
