Affirmation Poster Workshop *DATE CHANGE*

What better way to start a new year than with making a personalised and unique affirmation poster to become your new self?!
Affirmations can help us to change our beliefs about ourselves positively. There are lots of different ways that we can allow them to seep into our subconscious so that we can truly believe them!
In this workshop, I will explain why affirmations are important and the different ways we can use them. We will then decide on the most powerful affirmation to counteract our unique set of beliefs and use watercolours and pens to create a one-of-a-kind poster that we can hang on our wall to affirm that new belief!
All materials will be provided, but please consider buying a drink at the cafe to support them!
When? Saturday the 18th of January, from 2-4pm.

How much? 350k VND.
If you bring a friend it will be 600k VND for both of you.
