AFCEA Belvoir February 2026 Luncheon

A native of Honolulu, Hawaii, Colonel Becker was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the Signal Corps through the University of Southern Colorado Mountain Ranger ROTC Battalion in May 2003 and currently serves as the G6 for the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command. His career includes extensive command and staff leadership across cyber, signal, and joint environments, with key assignments such as Commander of the 54th Signal Battalion, Joint Staff J6 Partner Engagements Branch Chief, and G3 of the 311th Theater Signal Command. Colonel Becker deployed in support of Operations Iraqi Freedom and Inherent Resolve and has earned numerous awards, including the Bronze Star Medal and Defense Meritorious Service Medal. He holds advanced military education from the Command and General Staff College and the U.S. Naval War College, multiple graduate degrees, and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
